Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for project site work, with 10+ years of experience in civil engineering and highway projects. The role focuses on cost control, contract administration and accurate billing for EPC/HAM environments.

The position requires strong MS Excel skills and a proven ability to manage complex cost reporting, variations, and claims while coordinating with contractors and clients on commercial matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, Cost Control, and Contract Management for National Highways, Expressways, Road, or Bridge Projects.
• Experience in handling EPC, HAM, or Item Rate Contracts is preferred.
