Job summary

OutSystems is seeking an AI Quality Tester (Manual & Automation) to bridge traditional QA with AI-driven testing. You will design test strategies, manually validate complex journeys, and scale automation with AI tools to reach zero critical bugs in production.

You will leverage low-code/AI tools to speed test creation, validate Salesforce/CPQ workflows, and collaborate across R&D, Security, and Cloud teams to ensure enterprise-grade quality.

Qualifications

• We expect hands-on Salesforce/CPQ testing experience with 4+ years in relevant domains.
• Experience in test automation and applying AI tools to accelerate testing.

Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Quality Tester (Manual & Automation) to bridge the gap between traditional quality assurance and the future of AI-driven testing. In this role, you won't just write scripts; you will balance a strong foundation in manual exploratory testing with the adoption of cutting-edge AI automation tools. You will be responsible for designing thoughtful test strategies, manually validating complex user journeys, and leveraging low-code/AI tools (like UiPath, Gemini, or Claude) to scale our automation loops and ensure "zero critical bugs" reach production.

Requirements

• Salesforce & CPQ Domain Expertise (Mandatory): 4+ years of hands-on experience in testing Salesforce and CPQ (Configure, Price, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Quote) platforms and workflows.
• Automation & AI Integration: Experience in test automation, with an openness or early experience in leveraging AI tools (like Claude, Gemini, or UiPath) to speed up test creation and manual test case generation.
• Automation: Proficiency in high-performance low-code platforms like UiPath or Playwright and APIs, with a focus on integrating these with AI Agent Builders.
• Agentic Systems Knowledge: An understanding of how to test and govern AI agents, ensuring they operate predictably, ethically, and securely.
• Architectural Vision: Ability to translate complex business and technical realities into automated strategies that support Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) at scale.
• Leadership Approach: A highly collaborative approach, with a track record of building consensus and driving action. A high degree of leadership, initiative, responsibility, and assertiveness.
• Communication Leadership: Excellent skills in articulating complex AI and automation concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the Automation Excellence Strategy: Design intricate, self-healing test scripts and frameworks that adapt to application and agent changes automatically using AI.
• End-to-end Business Validation: Manually map out complex business workflows (including Salesforce and CPQ flows) and determine the optimal mix of manual and automated testing to validate them.
• Eliminate Technical Debt: Drive quality practices that use AI-powered reviews to proactively detect issues in architecture, maintainability, and performance every 12 hours.
• Liaise for Excellence: Collaborate with diverse teams - including R&D, Security, TechOps, Digital Transformation, Cloud, and Service Delivery - to build a foundation for AI-native software that meets the highest enterprise-grade standards.
