In this role, you won't just write scripts; you will balance a strong foundation in manual exploratory testing with the adoption of cutting-edge AI automation tools, to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of our digital experiences and data products from a BI and Data perspective. You will be responsible for designing thoughtful test strategies, manually validating complex end-to-end data workflows, and leveraging automated testing tools to scale our quality assurance loops and ensure "zero critical bugs" reach production. We think you’ll be a good fit if you have:* **4+ Years of Data Quality Experience:** Solid background in BI and data testing, with a strong understanding of data warehousing, BI concepts, and automated test execution.* **SQL & Data Validation Mastery:** Proficiency in complex SQL queries, advanced data validation, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience in data migration projects is a strong plus.* **Data Governance & Quality Knowledge:** An understanding of data governance, data management best practices, and how to test and ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across systems.* **Architectural & Pipeline Vision:** Ability to translate complex business and technical data realities into automated test strategies that support Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) at scale.* **Leadership & Collaboration:** A highly collaborative approach with a track record of building consensus and driving action.
