Job summary

Highly Electrical Appliances India Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad invites an experienced Senior Quality Executive to lead Sheet Metal QC in our manufacturing plant.

You will monitor line routines, drive CAPA, and coach QA staff while maintaining ISO compliance and delivering clear reports to management. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in sheet metal quality, BE Mechanical, hands-on with CMM, roundness and roughness equipment, and proficiency in QC tools.

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in sheet metal quality.
• Experience in ISO systems and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sheet metal line daily routine and resolve issues.
• Prepare action plan for corrective and preventive actions for rejection.
• Set rejection targets to control process.
• Maintain ISO system compliance.
• Plan and train Sheet Metal QA staff shifts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly management reports.
• Lead the Sheet Metal QC circle team to achieve goals.
• Conduct CP/CpK studies on CTQs.
• Manage shift performance and evaluate subordinates.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Executive to join our Manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sheet Metal line daily routine checking, observation and problem analysis and resolving.
• Prepare action plan for corrective and preventive actions for rejection.
• Prepare rejection targets for controlling the process.
• Maintain the work as per ISO system and maintain ISO system.
• Sheet Metal QA staff shift plan and training.
• Prepare the Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports for better communication with the management.
• Responsible person of the Sheet Metal QC circle team to achieve the goal decided by the team.
• Process Capability study of CTQs.
• Shift Management & evaluation of subordinates.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Work exposure in Sheet Metal.
• Knowledge of Line process and working methods.
• Hands on knowledge of Roundness machine, Roughness machine, CMM, Microscope.
• Knowledge of Quality system, 7 QC tools, SPC, FMEA
• Good command on MS Office
