Job summary

RGBSI in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering to lead supplier quality activities and drive SQE and project management across new and existing suppliers.

The role covers supplier audits, PPAP, 8D, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, and adherence to IATF 16949 / ISO 9001, with a focus on supplier development, new supplier evaluation, and meeting GD&T and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in quality engineering.
• Mechanical Engineering background.
• Strong Supplier Quality / SQE and Project Management experience.
• Experience with supplier audits and quality tools (PPAP, 8D, APQP).
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 and GD&T.
