Qualifications and Responsibilities

• A minimum of 6+ year’s hands‑on testing experience of working as a Test Quality engineer
• Be part of and contribute to the Team to consistently improve deliverables & quality
• Excellent verbal and communication skills and great attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills with a ‘can do’ attitude and a real desire to succeed
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Has the ability to work alone on individual projects and manage workload
• Ability to train others team members
• Demonstrated ability & experience with programming/coding in any OOP language (Java, C#, Python, etc)
• Sound knowledge and experience with testing UI applications and automating APIs, UI and data validation
• Sound knowledge and experience working with AWS tools like S3, DDB, etc
• Strong foundation/experience with BDD tools and understanding of Gherkin language such as FitNesse, Specflow, Cucumber, etc
• Logging, prioritizing, and retesting bugs found
• Ability to think outside the box of basic requirements & put yourself in the user’s shoes
• Work together with the software development team to enhance and improve deliverables
• Design test scenarios to meet business requirements
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements for QA
• Participate/plan all the testing activities throughout the testing life cycle
