EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Architect in Hyderabad to lead architecture, testing strategy, and automation across multi-project engagements. The role requires hands-on design and leadership in AI/ML test processes and modern tooling, with collaboration across stakeholders and pre-sales support.

You will drive architecture decisions, ensure quality, and mentor teams while delivering scalable solutions in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• 15–19 years IT industry experience.
• Solid background in one or more programming/scripting languages (Java, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript).
• Aware of industry trends and best practices; capable of architecture engagements.

Responsibilities

• Architect large-scale solutions with detailed technical specs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements.
• Build TA solutions that are maintainable, extensible, and modular per SOLID principles.
• Develop and sustain TA frameworks, solutions, or shared formats across projects.
• Establish and execute comprehensive test automation strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead pre-sales activities, client consultations, and solution architecture design.
• Conduct architecture reviews and audits to ensure go-live readiness.
• Monitor quality metrics across manual, automated, and performance testing.
