Job summary

Fineotex Chemical in Ambernath (Maharashtra) is seeking a Senior Quality Control Manager to own end-to-end factory QC laboratory operations, oversee raw material, in-process, and finished product testing, and enforce SOPs in line with regulatory requirements.

You will lead and develop the QC team, drive root-cause analysis and CAPA, ensure ISO compliance and calibration oversight, and coordinate with Production, R&D, and other departments to maintain batch quality and timely product releases.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in QC within the chemical manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of chemical analysis, polymers, specialty chemicals, and laboratory management.
• Experience in Water Treatment, Oil & Gas, Textile Auxiliaries, or Detergents preferred.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage QC laboratory operations, including raw material, in-process, and finished product testing.
• Ensure product quality, batch consistency, and timely release of finished goods.
• Develop and implement SOPs, testing procedures, specifications, and quality standards.
• Handle customer complaints, quality deviations, root cause analysis, and CAPA.

Role Overview
