Job summary

vCommission Media Private Limited is a Leading Global Affiliate Marketing Network seeking a QA Senior to ensure product quality across releases. The role covers Manual, Functional & Regression Testing, API Testing, Database Testing and End‑to‑End testing.

You will plan QA activities, create test artifacts, perform end‑to‑end validation, and collaborate with Product, Backend, Frontend and DevOps teams to improve QA processes and drive quality across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA/Software Testing experience.
• Hands-on in API, UI and database testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Experience with automation tools and CI/CD is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute QA activities across product releases.
• Create test scenarios, test cases, data and plans.
• Perform Functional, Regression, API, DB and E2E testing.
• Validate APIs using Postman and verify REST endpoints.
• Identify defects and coordinate with development teams.
• Conduct release validation and post‑production analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, Frontend and DevOps.
• Improve QA processes and automation practices.
• Mentor junior QA team members when needed.

We are looking for an experienced QA Senior to ensure product quality across releases. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Manual Testing, Functional & Regression Testing, API Testing, Database Testing, and End-to-End Testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute QA activities across product releases.
  
• Create test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test plans.
  
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, API, Database, and End-to-End testing.
  
• Perform API testing using Postman and validate REST APIs.
  
• Identify, track, and resolve defects with development teams.
  
• Perform release validation and production issue analysis.
  
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, Frontend, and DevOps teams.
  
• Improve QA processes, test coverage, and automation practices.
  
• Guide junior QA team members when required.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA/Software Testing.
  
• Strong experience in Manual, Functional, Regression, Integration & E2E Testing.
  
• Hands-on experience with API Testing and Postman.
  
• Good knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.
  
• Experience with Git and Jira or similar tools.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
  
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Cloud, Microservices, Kafka, or performance testing
