Job summary

Conduent is seeking an experienced Sr QA Test Engineer in Bengaluru to validate a Healthcare Provider Portal built on the Microsoft Power Platform, focusing on US Healthcare Provider Management.

The role covers Provider Registration, Enrollment, Credentialing, Directory, Claims Status, Prior Authorization, and related workflows. You will conduct API testing with Postman/SOAP UI, validate data with SQL, and ensure HIPAA/Hl7/FHIR/EDI X12 compliance across end-to-end testing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA Testing experience.
• Strong US Healthcare domain experience.
• Provider Management and Claims Processing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Power Pages, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation.
• API/Web Services testing using Postman or SOAP UI.
• Experience with Functional, Integration, UAT, and End-to-End Testing.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and EDI X12 standards.

Responsibilities
