Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer - Automation Specialist to join our engineering team building a modern API and microservices platform in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will drive API test automation using Java and RestAssured, validate RESTful services, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines in cloud-native, containerized environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across the API ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on API quality engineering and test automation experience.
• Strong experience with Java and RestAssured to validate REST APIs.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in API test automation using Java and RestAssured, with a deep understanding of RESTful services, cloud-native architectures, and automated quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

You will work closely with software engineers, architects, product teams, and DevOps engineers to ensure the reliability, scalability, performance, and security of our API ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
