Job summary

Artex Risk Solutions is seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive testing strategies and ensure software quality across applications and systems. You will supervise a mid-sized team, coordinate with development engineers, and implement robust testing processes to meet project goals.

Ideal candidates have a university degree and at least seven years of relevant experience, with strong debugging, communication, and quality assurance skills.

Qualifications

• University Degree and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Debugging software Communication and stakeholder management skills Assurance and quality testing; troubleshooting App development/programming understanding

Responsibilities

• Specializes in debugging software using automated tests to achieve quality standards for applications, system products, and projects
• Executes test plans to ensure program functionality and consults development engineers to address issues
• Provides feedback for evaluation of programming languages, systems, and computation software
• Develops, conducts, and evaluates application audits and testing processes
• Manages a small to mid-sized team consisting of lower level Managers (M2) and seasoned Professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments
• Responsibilities typically include: Implementing function (ex Data Analytics, IT Architecture, etc) and Division policies and strategies for short-term results (1 year or less)
• Handling problems that are difficult and moderately complex
• Influencing others outside of own function regarding function policies, practices and procedures
• Interfacing with other leadership and stakeholders within function and throughout the business
