As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be instrumental in maintaining and elevating the quality standards of our software products. Responsibilities

• 1.Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases, including unit, integration, and UI tests
• 2.Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data to support consistent and repeatable testing processes
• 3.Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking systems, and partner with development teams to ensure timely resolution
• 4.Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• 5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, consistency, and alignment with business requirements
• 6.Stay current with industry advancements in testing tools, methodologies, and automation technologies, and apply insights to enhance testing efficiency
• 7.Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, promoting best practices and professional growth
• 8.Analyze testing metrics and outcomes to deliver actionable insights that drive product quality improvements

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software testing with a strong foundation in automation testing
• In-depth knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC), testing methodologies, and Agile/Scrum principles
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#
• Experience with test automation frameworks including Selenium, Appium, or TestNG
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is highly advantageous
• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms and tools is a plus
