Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on QA automation experience.
• Strong programming and automation experience with Playwright and Python; Selenium or similar frameworks is beneficial.
• Proven experience building AI agents using Playwright for software testing.
• Good understanding of AI models, LLMs, and AI agent development.
• Experience with AI/agent technologies such as OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Apex, Lightning) and NetSuite (SuiteScript, workflows, or saved searches).
• Experience developing end-to-end automation across complex enterprise applications and integrations.
• Strong understanding of QA fundamentals, including test planning, test design, regression testing, defect management, and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Jira, and test management tools such as Zephyr.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and effective use of LLMs in software engineering.
• Awareness of responsible AI practices, including ethical use, privacy, security, fairness, and human oversight.
• Performance, load, or security testing experience is desirable.
• Salesforce or NetSuite certifications are desirable.
