Job summary

Qlik is seeking a Senior Automation QA Engineer to design and develop automated testing solutions for Salesforce and NetSuite platforms. This role combines QA automation with hands-on AI agent development using Playwright, applying modern techniques to accelerate testing, improve coverage, and provide rapid quality feedback throughout the SDLC.

You will build AI-enabled test flows, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and advance a reusable automation framework while upholding ethical AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on QA automation experience.
• Strong programming and automation experience with Playwright and Python; Selenium or similar frameworks is beneficial.
• Proven experience building AI agents using Playwright for software testing or QA automation.
• Good understanding of AI models, LLMs, and AI agent development, including how agents use tools.
• Experience with AI/agent technologies such as OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Apex, Lightning) and NetSuite (SuiteScript, workflows, or saved searches).
• Experience developing end‑to‑end automation across complex enterprise applications and integrations.
• Strong understanding of QA fundamentals, including test planning, test design, regression testing, defect management, and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Jira, and test management tools such as Zephyr.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and effective use of LLMs in software engineering.
• Awareness of responsible AI practices, including ethical use, privacy, security, fairness, and human oversight.
• Performance, load, or security testing experience is desirable.
• Salesforce or NetSuite certifications are desirable.

The Senior Automation QA Engineer Role

Qlik is seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation QA Engineer to design and develop automated testing solutions for our Salesforce and NetSuite platforms.

This role combines strong QA automation engineering with hands‑on AI agent development using Playwright. The engineer will use AI agents and modern automation techniques to accelerate testing, improve coverage and reliability, and provide faster quality feedback throughout the software development lifecycle.

The role also requires a responsible approach to AI development, considering appropriate ethical, privacy, security, fairness, and human oversight principles.
