Job summary

The NineHertz seeks a QA Automation Engineer to design and maintain scalable frameworks for web, API and mobile testing in Jaipur. You will implement end-to-end UI and API test suites and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.

You will collaborate with Dev and Product teams to define test strategies, optimize coverage, and mentor junior engineers, enabling high-velocity, reliable releases.

Qualifications

• Must-Have Selenium WebDriver framework experience.
• Experience with TestNG/Cucumber and API testing.
• Proficient in REST API testing with Postman/RestAssured.
• Strong CI/CD integration knowledge (Jenkins/GitLab CI).
• Programming in Java/Python/JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Page Object Model and Allure reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile platforms using industry-best practices.
• Implement end-to-end UI and API test suites integrating with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI) for rapid regression feedback.
• Collaborate with Dev and Product teams to define test strategies, automate acceptance criteria, and shift-left quality gates.
• Optimize test coverage and execution speed using parallel testing, data-driven approaches, and cloud-based test orchestration.
• Integrate quality metrics into dashboards (Grafana, JIRA, Allure) to drive data-driven quality decisions.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and evangelize automation best practices across cross-functional squads.
