Job summary

The NineHertz is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile platforms.

You will integrate end-to-end UI and API test suites with CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with product and development teams, and drive continuous quality improvements through data-driven metrics and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG or Cucumber, and REST API testing (Postman/RestAssured).
• Experience in integrating test suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI).
• Proficiency in Java, Python or JavaScript and applying the Page Object Model.
• Experience with Allure reports and Git for version control.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile platforms.
• Implement end-to-end UI and API test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI).
• Collaborate with Dev and Product teams to define test strategies and automate acceptance criteria.
• Optimize test coverage and execution speed using parallel testing and data-driven approaches.
• Integrate quality metrics into dashboards (Grafana, JIRA, Allure) to drive data-driven decisions.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and evangelize automation best practices.

• Collaborate with Dev and Product teams to define test strategies, automate acceptance criteria, and shift-left quality gates.
• Optimize test coverage and execution speed using parallel testing, data-driven approaches, and cloud-based test orchestration.
• Integrate quality metrics into dashboards (Grafana, JIRA, Allure) to drive data-driven quality decisions.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and evangelize automation best practices across cross-functional squads.
