Job summary

Rekruton Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer (AI/ML) to build an AI-powered chatbot testing platform. You will design intelligent systems that leverage Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP to advance how conversational agents are evaluated.

In this role, you will develop Python-based APIs using Django or Flask, work on NLU, NLG, and dialogue management, and collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into robust features.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain components of a Generative AI-powered chatbot testing application.
• Develop and optimize Python-based APIs and services using Django or Flask.
• Collaborate with team to design architecture covering NLU, NLG, and dialogue management.
• Integrate and experiment with LLMs and other AI/ML models to improve testing accuracy.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and robustness of backend systems through testing and optimization.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into features.
• Contribute to discussions around technical design, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Research emerging trends in Generative AI, NLP, and chatbot development, applying findings to enhance product capabilities.
