Job summary

Straive is seeking an experienced Senior Python AI Developer to join our development team in Chennai. You will design and implement advanced AI-driven backend solutions, focusing on Generative AI and autonomous AI agents, and integrate them into scalable production applications.

The role requires strong Python skills, expertise with LangChain and LangGraph, and hands-on experience with FastAPI/Flask/Django.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Python software engineering experience.
• Proven experience designing Generative AI applications and autonomous AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph to orchestrate LLM workflows.
• APIs and full-stack web development using FastAPI, Flask, Django.
• Core data handling and ML with Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and software design.
• Excellent communication with clients to explain technical solutions.

Primary Skills (Required):

• Core Python: 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in Python.
