Job summary

Weaver India, a fast‑growing national accounting and consulting firm, seeks a senior proposal writer to help partners and leaders across Weaver’s practice groups develop winning proposals for private and public sector clients.

The writer will manage proposals from kickoff through final delivery, coordinating with client‑service professionals to articulate capabilities, value propositions and competitive advantages in Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (Marketing preferred), Communications, English or other related disciplines.
• 7 – 10+ years of relevant proposal writing or marketing communications experience, preferably with a professional services firm.
• Experience with the full cycle of proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned proposal efforts start to finish, from the kick‑off meeting to final document delivery.
• Projects vary widely in both depth and content, ranging from short letter proposals to multi-volume RFP responses.
• Deliverable formats also vary from proposals in Word to presentations in PowerPoint.

Our fast-growing national accounting and consulting firm is hiring a senior proposal writer to help partners and leaders across all of Weaver’s practice and industry groups sell new business. The Proposal team works closely with our client-service professionals to develop win strategies, articulate Weaver’s capabilities and produce winning proposals and other deliverables for both private and public sector entities.

The writer will manage assigned proposal efforts start to finish, from the kick‑off meeting to final document delivery. Projects vary widely in both depth and content, ranging from short letter proposals to multi-volume state government RFP responses. Deliverable formats also vary from proposals in Word to presentations in PowerPoint.

As a Proposal Writer Joining Our Team You Will Have At Least Seven Years Of Experience Planning, Writing, Designing And Producing a Variety Of Commercial Proposals As Well As U.S. State And Local Government Bids — U.S. Federal Experience Is a Bonus. You May Be The Right Fit If You
