Job summary

WSP India is seeking a Senior Content and Proposal Writer (French) to support our Canada-based R&I Team. Based in Noida or Bengaluru, the role involves reviewing, editing, and managing proposals and marketing materials in English and French to showcase innovative services.

You will lead authoring sections, edit for readability, and ensure compliance and compelling sales messaging while collaborating with technical staff and the marketing team to deliver winning bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• French proficiency level C1 required.
• 10+ years of experience in a relevant role; people management bonus.
• Ability to craft compelling content under tight deadlines.
• Understanding of various writing styles and ability to follow a style guide.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, critical thinking, strategy development, group facilitation, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develops and writes content for proposals, discussion papers, Grants, collateral and other marketing deliverables in both languages (English and French).
• Serves as an author for sections on proposals to convey technical information simply and to tell our story.
• Provides copy editing, proofreading, and final reviews for our proposals and marketing deliverables.
• Helps edit down copy to meet page limitations.
• Delivers high-quality writing for proposals and presentations, including research, statistics, and interviews with technical staff.
• Leverages resources across the firm to support all stages of the pursuit and differentiate WSP to the client.
• Supports the development of differentiators, value propositions, and key messages.
• Applies new technologies and innovations across the business for proposals and presentations, including digital tools.
• Provides support/guidance to the proposal team and ensures success by supporting compliance, readability, quality and sales messaging.
• On an as-needed basis, supports marketing coordinators and managers with proposal production.

WSP is seeking a Senior Content and Proposal Writer (French) to support our Canada-based Research & Innovation Team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and managing proposals, discussion papers, collateral, and other marketing materials to ensure the efficient development of proposals. The proposals you will work on showcase innovative and impactful new services and approaches across various disciplines, with a strong focus on digital innovation, machine learning, and IoT. Highlighting the societal impact of these initiatives will be key. In addition to proposal work, you will support the marketing team in preparing qualifications packages and other deliverables. • Provides support/guidance to the proposal development and delivery team and ensures the greatest possibility of success by supporting compliance, readability, quality and sales messaging of pursuit related materials


• On an as‑needed basis, supports marketing coordinators and managers with proposal production


• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree


• French competency level C1 is prerequisite


• 10+ years of experience in a relevant role, people management skills are a bonus
