Job summary

Umanist NA is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead administrative, technical, and project engineering activities for large-scale US construction projects in Gurgaon. The role demands high ownership in coordinating submittals, RFIs, change orders, and team leadership, with exposure to VDC/project engineering.

Ideal candidates bring 8–14 years overall experience, BIM/Revit expertise, and strong client communication skills to manage projects from initiation

Qualifications

• 8–14 years total experience with 5+ years in Construction Project Management.
• 2–3+ years BIM & Revit experience, including construction documentation and project coordination.
• Engineering Graduate / B.Arch / MS in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Experience in at least 2 of the following: Submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, Quantity Take-Offs, Estimation, Project Coordination.
• 4–5+ years of team handling / supervisory experience.
• Hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Procore & MS Office.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with US-based teams.
• Proven ability to manage projects from initiation through completion.
• US construction project experience is highly preferred; international experience considered.
• Building / Commercial construction experience preferred.
• Infrastructure construction experience may be considered.
• Experience with VDC/project engineering is an advantage.
• Plant / Industrial construction experience will not be considered.

About The Role
