Job summary

Johnson Controls in Chennai seeks an experienced Project Manager - ELV/IBMS to drive end-to-end delivery of ELV projects including CCTV, ACS and FAS integration. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage schedules, BOQs and execution strategies, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery across large commercial, IT parks and industrial sites.

BE/BTech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation and 10+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IBMS/ELV project management experience.
• Strong exposure to CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, and ELV integrations.
• Experience in large commercial / IT parks / residential / industrial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ELV / IBMS projects from design to commissioning.
• Handle projects involving CCTV, ACS, FAS, and integrated building management systems.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, BOQs, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, OEMs, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, site teams, and resolve technical / site issues.
• Ensure adherence to contractual, technical, and safety requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, and documentation.

Job Summary
