Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior civil projects leader to spearhead a landmark automotive greenfield facility in India, guiding delivery from concept through to commissioning across 100+ acres. You will shape master layouts, coordinate with architects, EPC partners and engineering teams to drive infrastructure design and execution.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree (Master's preferred), 15–22 years of experience in large industrial projects, and proven ability to manage budgets,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree will be an advantage.
• 15–22 years of experience in large industrial, manufacturing, automotive or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of leading greenfield manufacturing plant projects from concept to commissioning.
• Experience managing projects on land parcels of approximately 100 acres or more.
• Strong expertise in industrial infrastructure development, site planning and project management.
• Hands-on experience with architects, structural consultants and construction contractors.
• Sound understanding of environmental, safety and statutory regulations.
• Experience obtaining government approvals, pollution control clearances and related compliances.
• Strong commercial acumen with exposure to project budgeting and contract management.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in managing large multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
