Job summary

MyCareernet in Bengaluru seeks an experienced IT Project/Program Manager to drive end-to-end governance for infrastructure and cloud initiatives. You will lead hybrid delivery, oversee dependencies, risks, and vendor commitments, and mentor PMs to strengthen PMO capability.

The role requires 7+ years in IT project/program management with cloud/AWS/Azure, stakeholder management at executive level, and hands-on governance, dashboards, and delivery metrics.

Qualifications

• Establish and enforce standardized PMO practices, delivery controls, documentation standards, stage gates, and operational hand-offs across technical design teams.
• Manage program dependencies, critical paths, risks, issues, technical debt, resource constraints, and vendor commitments to protect delivery timelines.
• Translate complex architecture and infrastructure decisions into clear executive updates, actionable recommendations, and data-backed escalation plans.
• Lead the transition from traditional Waterfall delivery toward practical hybrid Waterfall and Agile/DevOps delivery models, while mentoring project managers and strengthening PMO capability.

• Strong experience managing enterprise programs delivered across Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services environments.
• Proven technical program management experience spanning infrastructure, cloud migration, networking, security, IaaS, PaaS, or hybrid-cloud architecture initiatives.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, including communication with executive sponsors, solution architects, technical management, business leaders, vendors, and distributed engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience establishing PMO governance, executive dashboards, delivery metrics, risk controls, and hybrid Agile delivery practices.
