Functional Project Manager – Digital Transformation

Company: KPMG India Pvt. Ltd.

Locations: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune

Experience: 7–10 years

CTC: ₹22–27 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives for global banking clients, preferably in retail banking.
• Manage 8–10 concurrent workstreams across business and technology teams.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholders across multiple geographies and support Agile delivery models.
• Oversee planning, execution, risk and issue management, cost/benefit tracking, change impact assessment, and reporting.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of end-to-end functional project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering transformation programs (not operations or pure IT delivery).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Additional Details

• Purely a Functional PM role.
• 5 days WFO / hybrid; open to client travel.
• Max notice period: 45 days.
• Relocation allowed.
• Ex-HSBC candidates allowed (not from last 2 companies).
• Interview: 2 technical rounds + client round + HR.
• BE/BTech required.
