Qualifikationen

• 16–25 years of relevant experience in real estate construction and project management.

• Proven experience in township development, multi-storey residential towers, and infrastructure development.
• Sound understanding of project planning, budgeting, contracts, quality control, safety, and execution management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end project execution for township developments, multi-storey residential towers, and infrastructure works.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage civil, structural, MEP, finishing, and infrastructure activities in line with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and cost control across all project phases.
• Manage contracts, billing, procurement coordination, material planning, and contractor performance.
• Identify project risks, resolve site-level challenges, and implement corrective measures to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, local regulations, and quality standards.
• Lead project teams, site engineers, contractors, and consultants to achieve project milestones.
• Prepare and present periodic progress reports, budget updates, and project status reports to senior management.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale real estate development projects in Raipur. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with real estate developers, preferably with local Raipur market exposure, and expertise in township development, multi-storey tower construction, and infrastructure development.

Candidate Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; a postgraduate qualification in Project Management will be an added advantage.
• 16–25 years of relevant experience in real estate construction and project management.
• Candidates from established real estate developers will be preferred.
• Prior experience in Raipur and knowledge of the local construction market will be highly preferred.
• Proven experience in township development, multi-storey residential towers, and infrastructure development.
• Sound understanding of project planning, budgeting, contracts, quality control, safety, and execution management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
