CIEL HR is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Assistant General Manager to lead steel detailing projects for US clients. You will ensure profitable deliveries, optimize resources, and maintain compliance with AISC and related standards.

The role requires extensive experience in steel detailing, team leadership, and strategic project execution from the Nashik region. Responsibilities include budgeting, risk management, client satisfaction, and coordinating with APM and project teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Education in Civil/Mechanical engineering from a reputed university.
• Total 15–20+ years of experience in steel detailing US projects based on AISC.
• Minimum 5–10 years in a Project Manager or equivalent role in steel detailing.
• Experience with AISC/OSHA/AWS/SJI/RCSC standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure profitable and predictable delivery of all branch projects.
• Drive operational excellence, scalability, and quality compliance.
• Own branch performance including revenue, cost, utilization and engagement.
• Act as senior escalation point for clients and stakeholders.
• Plan, develop and execute projects with strategic approach.
• Lead and manage the project team and monitor progress.
• Manage budget, resources and risk; ensure timely submissions.

About the Role:

We are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager or Assisstant General Manager. The role focuses on delivery excellence, profitability, resource optimization, client satisfaction, compliance, and strategic growth of steel detailing operations for US projects based on AISC and relevant industry standards.

The position requires someone who has Steel detailing background with knowledge of AISC, OSHA, AWS, SJI, RCSC Standards. Organizing Project tasks, communication, plan and coordinate projects, take on administrative duties and independently manage some of the necessary elements to ensure projects are completed on time.

Key Deliverables:

• Ensure profitable and predictable delivery of all projects executed from the branch.
• Drive operational excellence, scalability, and quality compliance.
• Own branch performance, including revenue, cost, utilization, and employee engagement.
• Act as the senior operational escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Plan, Develop and Execute the Project with strategical approach.
• Lead/Manage the Project Team
• Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines
• Solve Issues that arise.
• Budget Management
• Resource Planning & Analysis
• Ensure Stakeholder satisfaction.
• Evaluate Project Performance
• Should have good knowledge / experience in Tekla/SDS2 software.
• Coordinate with APM and Project team to execute the project with zero errors and timely submission.

Qualification:

• B.E / B. Tech / Diploma (Civil or Mechanical) from a reputed university

Experience:

Overall, 15 to 20+ years of experience and worked on Steel Detailing US Projects based on AISC

Standards.

• Of which Minimum 5-10 years of experience as Project Manager or Equivalent role as per Market standards in the relevant field (Steel Detailing US Projects based AISC Standards)

Certification if any

• Steel Detailing relevant Certifications would be an added advantage.
• Project Management Professional Certification would be an added advantage.
• Six Sigma Certification Any level would be an added advantage.
