Job summary

Glowingbud in Pune is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital products including travel eSIM platforms, mobile apps, and web solutions. You will own the full lifecycle from requirements to production releases, drive cross-functional alignment between business, product, and engineering, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 10–12 years of PM experience, strong SDLC knowledge, and proven leadership in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

Senior Project Manager

Location: Hybrid (Pune)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of complex digital products, including travel eSIM platforms, mobile applications, and web solutions. This role requires a strong leader who can drive delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless coordination between business, product, and engineering teams. You will be responsible for owning the complete project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to successful production releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end project execution across web and mobile platforms
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining scope, quality, and budget
• Manage multiple parallel projects with clear prioritization

Sprint Planning & Agile Execution

• Lead Sprint Planning, Sprint Execution, and Retrospectives
• Maintain and prioritize product backlog in alignment with business goals
• Ensure smooth execution of Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Requirement Management

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Convert business needs into clear user stories, PRDs, and BRDs
• Ensure requirements are well understood by development teams

Stakeholder & Client Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Provide regular updates, reports, and delivery timelines
• Manage expectations and ensure transparency

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate between engineering, QA, design, DevOps, and product teams
• Remove blockers and ensure smooth communication across teams
• Drive alignment between business and technical teams

Team Management & Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and workload distribution
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

Risk & Quality Management

• Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
• Monitor delivery health using KPIs and metrics

Documentation & Governance

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation in Confluence/Jira/Monday
• Ensure proper versioning and traceability of requirements
• Establish and enforce project governance frameworks

AI & Productivity Optimization

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, automation tools) to:
• Improve planning and documentation
• Accelerate delivery timelines
• Optimize team productivity

Technical & Functional Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in Project/Program Management (IT/Software)
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)
• Proven experience in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies
• Hands-on experience with tools like:
• Jira, Confluence, Monday, Trello, or similar
• Experience managing:
• Mobile applications (iOS, Android, Flutter preferred)
• Web platforms and APIs
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
