WITS INNOVATION LAB in India is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead multiple IT implementations across functional teams. The role requires steering large-scale proposals and plans, ensuring delivery within budget and on schedule.

You will manage change requests, coordinate with clients and delivery teams, and report progress to stakeholders. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced, global environment.

Formación

• 10–12 years of experience in project/program management.
• Excellent client interfacing skills (5+ years in client facing role).
• Extensive experience in resource management and delivery oversight.
• Defining detailed project plans and milestones; delivering per plan.
• Experience with change requests and fast-changing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM processes.
• Experience leading multi-region teams is a plus.
• Articulate and proactive communication with negotiation skills.
• Bridge between clients and delivery teams; prepare stakeholder reports.
• Ensure project quality control and assurance.

Organizing, managing, and leading multiple project implementations in a fast-paced IT environment across multiple functional teams. Defining and managing large scale project proposals and plans. Execute to plan and deliver within budget and on time.

Responsibilities

• Overall experience of a minimum of 10 to 12 years. Excellent client management skills (5+ years of experience in client interfacing role & minimum 2+ years experience in managing client)
• Extensive experience in project/program management, resource requirements and managing resource
• Defining a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones & activities and managing delivery of the project according to a plan.
• Experience in managing change requests, prioritization & configuration in a fast changing environment. Excellent understanding of process management, improvement practices, change management process, operation services.
• Experience managing multiple clients and a global client base with strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM processes.
• Experience in leading teams located in multiple regions would be an added advantage.
• Excellent articulation skills and should be master of proactive communication and negotiation skills.
• Should act as an efficient bridge between client and the delivery team and tracking the project. Should be able to create impressive reports for external and internal stakeholders to manage the perception and raise timely escalation.
• Ensuring project quality control and assurance standards are met when delivering project.
• Project estimation and handling pre-sales calls when required
