Responsibilities

• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, implementation, transition, and closure.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, resource plans, dependencies, and delivery schedules using Agile, Scrum, hybrid, or predictive approaches.
• Establish project governance, success measures, reporting cadence, decision paths, and escalation mechanisms.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, vendors, and third‑party dependencies.
• Maintain RAID and decision logs; drive owners to timely resolution and communicate impacts, options, and recommendations.
• Prepare concise status reports, dashboards, steering committee materials, and executive updates.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, stand‑ups, working sessions, governance meetings, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate testing, release readiness, change management, training, communications, and operational handover.
• Support service desk and IT service management initiatives, including problem management and vendor coordination.

Job Description – Senior Project Manager / Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Lead Business Analyst capabilities to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives from discovery through implementation. This hybrid role combines end‑to‑end project delivery, stakeholder leadership, business analysis, requirements management, and operational readiness. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into actionable solutions while maintaining clear governance across scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Project and Delivery Leadership

• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, implementation, transition, and closure.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, resource plans, dependencies, and delivery schedules using Agile, Scrum, hybrid, or predictive approaches as appropriate.
• Establish project governance, success measures, reporting cadence, decision paths, and escalation mechanisms.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, vendors, and third‑party dependencies.
• Maintain RAID and decision logs; drive owners to timely resolution and communicate impacts, options, and recommendations.

Business Analysis Leadership

• Lead discovery and requirements elicitation with business, technology, operations, and vendor stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into clear business requirements, functional and non‑functional requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability artifacts.
• Analyze current‑state processes, identify gaps and root causes, and define practical future‑state solutions.
• Prioritize requirements and product backlogs in partnership with business owners, product leaders, architects, and delivery teams.
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, solution reviews, and decision‑making sessions; secure stakeholder validation and approval.
• Maintain end‑to‑end requirements traceability and manage requirement changes, impacts, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure solution designs meet business, operational, security, compliance, and support needs.
• Support test planning, test scenario development, defect triage, user acceptance testing, and business sign‑off.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, standardization, and measurable business value.

Stakeholder and Team Leadership

• Build trusted relationships with sponsors, business leaders, subject‑matter experts, delivery teams, support functions, and external partners.
• Communicate complex information clearly to both executive and technical audiences.
• Drive alignment, ownership, and timely decisions across cross‑functional teams without relying solely on formal authority.
• Mentor project team members and business analysts, reinforce delivery discipline, and promote continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Extensive experience leading enterprise technology or business transformation projects in a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or equivalent role.
• Demonstrated experience performing Lead Business Analyst responsibilities on complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, Agile and Scrum practices, requirements management, process analysis, change control, and testing lifecycles.
• Experience with service desk or help desk environments, IT service management processes, ServiceNow, major incidents, problem management, and third‑party vendor management.
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation, analytical thinking, documentation, executive communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, ambiguity, and interdependent workstreams while maintaining accountability for outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI‑ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, CBAP, CCBA, or comparable certification.
• Experience with organizational change management, operational readiness, process improvement, or regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
