Job summary

Arigo HR Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Global Delivery Center in construction. You will lead administrative and technical management of GDC projects and serve as the link between executives, clients, and field operations. Expect ownership of delivery and cross-functional leadership across U.S. partners.

You will drive operational excellence, mentor talent, and shape how GDC delivers value on flagship mega-projects while coordinating with U.S.-based teams and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; MS in CM considered a plus.
• B.Arch or Construction Management background preferred.
• Strong PM experience with BIM/Revit coordination.
• PMP or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Extensive construction industry experience including submittals and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management, including change orders and submittals.
• Mentor and develop multi-tiered project engineering teams.
• Hold alignment meetings to ensure seamless execution.
• Champion QA/QC standards across projects.
• Manage critical documentation and executive communications.

About the Role

As Senior Project Manager, you'll lead the administrative and technical management of GDC projects — acting as the critical link between executive leadership, clients, and field operations. You'll drive operational excellence, mentor rising talent, and shape how GDC delivers value to U.S. construction partners.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end project management: change orders, submittals, and core engineering workflows
• Supervise, mentor, and develop multi-tiered project engineering teams
• Lead project alignment meetings to keep execution seamless
• Champion QA/QC standards across projects and corporate operations
• Manage critical documentation, executive correspondence, and weekly status reporting
• Spearhead initial project estimations and resource planning
• Drive GDC product development through full release cycles
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across GDC and U.S. teams
• Run daily syncs with GDC project managers to ensure alignment

What You Bring

Experience

• 5+ years in Construction Project Management
• 2-3+ years hands-on BIM/Revit experience (construction documentation & coordination)
• 4-5+ years in a team leadership/supervisory role
• 7-9+ years overall construction industry experience preferred
• Hands-on experience in at least two: Submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, QTOs, Estimation, or Project Coordination

Education

• Bachelor's in Engineering, B.Arch, Construction Management, or related field (MS in CM also accepted)
• Master's in Engineering or Business Administration a plus

Communication

• Strong spoken & written English; comfortable coordinating daily with U.S.-based teams

Industry Background

• Building, commercial, U.S., or international construction (infrastructure considered)
• Plant/industrial project experience not applicable to this role

Other

• Minimum 1.5 years' tenure per organization
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with top-tier construction/engineering firms
• International client coordination experience
• Active PM certifications (PMP or equivalent)
