Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.

• Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risks, dependencies, and financials.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure projects are delivered within scope, timelines, and budget.
• Manage client and senior stakeholder relationships and provide regular project updates.
• Establish project governance, standards, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Lead and mentor the PMO team and drive project management best practices.
• Monitor project KPIs, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.
• Coordinate with technology, business, delivery, and leadership teams to resolve escalations.

• Strong experience in project governance, reporting, risk management, and resource planning.
