Job summary

Artech L.L.C. seeks a senior Product Manager focused on UX-intensive, design-driven platform products.

You will lead user research efforts, define roadmaps, and govern design system standards across multiple product surfaces to ensure consistency and scalability in data-rich enterprise applications. You will collaborate with UX designers, researchers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate insights into strategic priorities, balancing UX debt with feature demand while advocating

Qualifications

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience in UX-intensive or design-driven platform products, with at least 3 years focused on Product Management.
• Strong foundation in UX principles including user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and usability heuristics applied from a product strategy perspective.
• Proven ability to conduct and synthesize user research including user interviews, contextual inquiries, usability testing, and journey mapping.
• Experience defining and governing design systems, component libraries, and UX standards across multiple product surfaces.
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Deep understanding of dashboard design, data visualization, and complex information display patterns for enterprise apps.
• Product strategy and road mapping at multi-squad scale, balancing UX debt, feature demand, and platform scalability.
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design for enterprise-grade apps.
• Strong stakeholder alignment and communication skills; translate insights into prioritization narratives for both tech and business audiences.
• Familiarity with front-end tech stacks (React, Angular) to collaborate with engineers on feasibility and trade-offs.
• Experience with analytics and experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, feature flags, adoption funnels).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, and LucidChart.
• Storytelling abilities to communicate value of UX-driven decisions across the enterprise.
• Ability to sketch wireframes, build clickable prototypes in Figma, and organize cross-functional design reviews.
• Collaborative team player bridging design, engineering, and data teams.

Responsibilities
