Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to review and coordinate Civil, Structural and PEB works for projects in Maharashtra. The role requires ensuring quality, aligning work packages, and timely site execution.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of field execution experience, a track record of site quality management, and familiarity with master schedules. Preference may be given to data center projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience on Field Execution / Construction.
• Experience delivering projects within quality and execution parameters and timelines.
• Preferably experience in data center projects.
• Proven track record in site quality management for full project life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve quality of works and align with other work packages.
• Monitor progress of work with respect to Master project schedule.
• Execute work at site as per the drawings and specification.
• Establish and maintain onsite record-keeping systems (daily logs, drawing register, manpower etc.).
• Supervise and monitor quality for executed/ongoing works and report improvements.
• Assist Project/Construction Managers in reviewing contractor’s quality and time plans.
• Anticipate risks in advance and coordinate with Planning Manager to mitigate them.

About the Role:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Review and approve quality of works and align the same with other work packages.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
• Monitor progress of work with respect to Master project schedule
• Execute work at site as per the drawings and specification
• Establish and maintain onsite procedures of record keeping systems including but not limited to daily logs, drawing register, man power break ups safety logs etc.
• Supervise, Monitor Quality for executed / ongoing works and report any areas where improvement is required.
• Assist the Project/Construction Managers in reviewing the contractor’s quality and time plans and produce recommendations.
• Anticipate risks in advance and interact with Planning Manager to mitigate risks

About You

• 10+ years' experience on Field Execution / Construction
• Experience in delivering the project within Set Quality & Execution parameters and timelines as detailed at the start of project.
• Preferably experience in Data center project
• Proven track record in site Quality Management for entire life cycle of a Project.
