Qualifications

• BE Electrical/Mechanical with 6–8 years’ experience in Hospital/Hotels/IT Parks.
• Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works and finishing.
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed design plans, including structural layouts and interior finishes.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams to integrate MEP finishes with the overall project.
• Oversee and manage MEP activities, ensuring adherence to project specs, codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate spaces and provide renovation/re-design recommendations.
• Address and resolve technical or logistical issues during finishing and installation phases.
• Develop project documents, drawings, specifications, and estimates.
• Participate in project planning, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate project elements with architects, MEP consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
• Identify and resolve conflicts during design or construction.
• Contribute to accurate estimation and management of project costs.
