Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to oversee site execution across civil, structural, and PEB works. The role emphasizes maintaining quality, coordinating with other work packages, and ensuring alignment with the master schedule on-site.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of field execution experience, with preferred data center exposure, and a proven track record in site quality management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field execution/construction experience.
• Experience delivering projects within defined quality and execution parameters.
• Preferably experience in data center projects.
• Proven track record of site quality management across project life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate civil, structural and PEB works for the project.
• Review and approve quality of works and align with other work packages.
• Monitor progress of work with respect to master project schedule.
• Execute work at site as per drawings and specifications.
• Establish and maintain onsite record-keeping systems (logs, drawing register, manpower, safety logs).
• Supervise and monitor quality for executed/ongoing works and report improvements.
• Assist Project/Construction Managers in reviewing contractor quality and time plans.
• Anticipate risks and coordinate with Planning Manager to mitigate them.

This role is responsible for the Reviewing and Coordinating for Civil, Structural and PEB works for the project.

About the Role:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Review and approve quality of works and align the same with other work packages.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
• Monitor progress of work with respect to Master project schedule
• Execute work at site as per the drawings and specification
• Establish and maintain onsite procedures of record keeping systems including but not limited to daily logs, drawing register, man power break ups safety logs etc.
• Supervise, Monitor Quality for executed / ongoing works and report any areas where improvement is required.
• Assist the Project/Construction Managers in reviewing the contractor’s quality and time plans and produce recommendations.
• Anticipate risks in advance and interact with Planning Manager to mitigate risks

About You:

• 10+ years’ experience on Field Execution / Construction
• Experience in delivering the project within Set Quality & Execution parameters and timelines as detailed at the start of project.
• Preferably experience in Data center project
• Proven track record in site Quality Management for entire life cycle of a Project.
