Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Mumbai, India is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to oversee the final stages of MEP installations on our construction projects. You will coordinate finishing works, ensure compliance with codes, and drive the handover to clients.

You will work with architects, contractors, and MEP consultants, develop schedules and budgets, and manage documentation and reporting to support successful commissioning.

Qualifications

• BE Electrical or Mechanical with 6–8 years of experience in Hospital/Hotels/IT parks.
• Strong knowledge of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works and finishing.
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

About the Role:

• Oversee and manage MEP activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations
• Conduct site visits to evaluate existing spaces and provide recommendations for renovations or redesign
• Address and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during the finishing and installation phase.
• Develop project documents, including drawings, specifications, and estimates.
• Participate in project planning, including developing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Work closely with architects, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders to coordinate project elements
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve any potential issues or conflicts that arise during the design or construction process

About You

• B.E Electrical / Mechanical with 6 to 8 years of experience in Hospital/Hotels/IT Parks.
