Role Overview:

We are looking for a technically sound and experienced Project Architect who can take ownership of architectural documentation, including working drawings, GFC drawings, and municipal submissions. The candidate must be capable of coordinating across departments and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining design intent and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, coordinate, and manage working drawings, GFC sets, and detailed architectural packages for execution.
Ensure preparation and submission of municipal approval drawings in line with DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020, CIDCO/NMMC/BMC norms.
Supervise integration of structural and MEP consultant drawings into the master architectural set.
Coordinate with liaisoning consultants and municipal authorities for approval processes, including AutoDCR/OBPS submissions.
Review and issue architectural drawings for construction and site execution with proper revision control.
Interpret design concepts from seniors and transform them into precise technical documents.
Participate in client, consultant, and site coordination meetings for issue resolution.
Ensure complete compliance with COA guidelines, fire norms, and building regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institute.
COA Registration is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture firms or PMC setups, with strong exposure to GFC and municipal drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and exposure to Revit / SketchUp is a plus.
Strong understanding of RCC coordination, construction details, ducting/service cores, and façade execution.
Well-versed in submission protocols across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Maharashtra urban bodies.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in CHS Redevelopment, SRA, MHADA, or high-rise residential projects.
Working knowledge of RERA documentation, BOQ coordination, and tender sets.
Familiarity with AAI height permissions, fire NOC drawings, and environmental clearance documents.
