Job summary

Agrim, India’s largest agri-input e-commerce platform, seeks a Senior Program Manager – Control Tower to own end-to-end supply chain control tower operations and drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making.

You will lead cross-functional programs, implement SOPs, and build dashboards using SQL to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Gurgaon-based, 5.5 Days work from office.

Qualifications

• UG/PG from Tier-1 institutes (Mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Control Tower, Supply Chain, or Logistics PM.
• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or E-commerce companies.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL (Mandatory).
• Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking ability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Control Tower operations for the supply chain.
• Define and monitor key operational metrics to improve performance.
• Lead cross-functional change initiatives and rollout of new processes.
• Develop and implement SOPs with training and governance.
• Build dashboards and perform SQL-driven deep-dive analyses.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Operations, Engineering, and Business teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven Senior Program Manager – Control Tower to own end-to-end supply chain control tower operations and drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making, cross-functional program execution, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong program management, stakeholder management, and analytics skills, with hands‑on experience in logistics or supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end Control Tower operations for the supply chain.
• Define, track, and monitor key operational metrics to improve network performance.
• Lead cross-functional change management initiatives, including rollout of new products, processes, and operational programs.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of new SOPs, including documentation, team training, adoption tracking, and governance.
• Maintain and continuously improve the SOP repository to ensure process standardization.
• Identify opportunities for operational excellence through data‑driven insights and process optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across critical business metrics such as:
• Return Order %
• Post‑delivery Issues
• SLA Adherence
• Operational Productivity
• Build dashboards and perform deep‑dive analysis using SQL to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Operations, Engineering, and Business teams to execute high‑impact initiatives.
