Elixir Met Form is seeking an experienced Production Engineer to lead daily production activities in doors and windows manufacturing. You will drive quality, efficiency and safety while meeting targets and coordinating with multiple internal teams.

The role requires hands-on experience in fabrication, cutting, assembly, glazing and finishing, with a focus on reducing waste and costs through process improvements. You will report on production metrics and ensure timely dispatch of products.
