CoverSure in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Product Manager focused on user engagement and growth. You will understand users deeply, define compelling experiences, and drive features that boost activation and retention across the app.

This role requires 5+ years in product management, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing to ship measurable outcomes that add real value for users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in consumer tech, fintech, or high-engagement digital products.
• Strong understanding of user psychology, behavioural patterns, and engagement loops.
• Experience improving activation, retention, repeat usage, and conversion through product interventions.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn user insights into actionable product decisions.
• Someone who thinks beyond shipping features and focuses on solving real user problems and driving measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
