Job summary

Payoneer is seeking a strong product leader to join our Mobile team and own a core domain within the Payoneer mobile app. This role directly impacts activation, conversion, trust, and repeat usage.

You will drive end-to-end product strategy, partner with engineering, design, analytics, and cross-domain stakeholders to deliver high-impact mobile experiences at scale in a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of product management experience.
• 2+ years owning a mobile app domain end-to-end.
• Proven impact on activation, conversion, or engagement metrics.
• Strong funnel thinking and experimentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes, not features: Take full E2E ownership of a mobile domain - from strategy and problem definition to delivery and measurable impact.
• Drive conversion and friction reduction: Analyze funnel gaps, identify root causes, define hypotheses, and ship improvements that move key metrics.
• Build mobile-first experiences: Leverage native capabilities to improve clarity, speed, and trust. Design for high-frequency mobile behavior, not web parity.
• Make clear tradeoffs: Prioritize based on impact and constraints. Balance quick wins with long-term product direction.
• Partner and influence: Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and cross-domain stakeholders to maximize business impact.

What We're Looking For

• 6-10 years of product management experience
• 2+ years owning a mobile app domain end-to-end (must)
• Proven impact on activation, conversion, or engagement metrics
• Strong funnel thinking and experimentation experience
• Experience driving execution with engineering teams at scale
• Ability to define direction, not just execute backlog
• High ownership and comfort operating independently
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations, with the ability to balance local execution and global strategy.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
