Job summary

Payoneer is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Working Capital (Enterprise Team) to own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap globally. This role focuses on Capital Advance, Line of Credit, early pay, and related constructs, partnering with Data Science and Risk to shape models and pricing.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of fintech product experience, a strong product sense, and a track record of leading cross-functional Agile squads to deliver data-driven, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of fintech, lending, or platform product experience delivering end-to-end products.
• Data science and risk collaboration to shape models, underwriting, and pricing.
• Strong product sense and systems thinking across eligibility, offers, decisioning, and API design.
• Fluency with metrics, experimentation, and funnel optimization to improve conversion and retention.
• Experience leading cross-functional squads in Agile product development environments.

What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On

• Own the end-to-end Working Capital product strategy and roadmap globally - Capital Advance, Line of Credit, early pay and similar constructs.
• Drive the full credit product lifecycle: eligibility, offer creation, underwriting, disbursement, collections, and repeat/renewal — designing for speed, scale, and trust.
• Partner with Data Science and Risk to shape credit models and risk-based pricing.
• Lead geographic and currency expansion and deepen marketplace integrations.
• Define the north-star and success metrics and run experiments that move them.
• Collaborate across Data, Design, Engineering, Risk, Legal/Compliance, and GTM to translate strategy into shipped business outcomes.

Have You Done This Kind of Stuff?

• Strong 6+ years of experience delivering fintech, lending/credit, or platform products at scale, end-to-end from discovery to production.
• Proven ability to ship data-driven products in close partnership with Data Science and Risk (models, underwriting, pricing).
• Strong product sense and systems thinking across eligibility, offers, decisioning, and platform/API design.
• Fluency with metrics, experimentation, and funnel optimization to drive conversion and retention.
• Experience leading cross-functional squads in Agile product development environments.

Not a Must, but a Great Advantage

• Experience in NBFC/SMB/embedded lending, working capital, SME credit, or invoice/receivables financing.
• Exposure to global payments, cross-border flows, or marketplace ecosystems.
• Familiarity with credit risk, underwriting, collections, and cross-market regulatory considerations.
• Prior experience scaling products from growth to maturity, and standing up partner or marketplace platforms.
