Job summary

Payoneer Inc. is seeking a Domain Operations Lead to enable the Enterprise Marketplace domain to operate with discipline and strong execution.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into actions, drive cross-functional coordination, and establish governance rhythms for strategic initiatives. You will lead programs, manage budgets, and build scalable dashboards to improve transparency and accountability across Product, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Enterprise Marketplace Domain Lead to drive strategic and execution priorities.
  • Establish operating rhythms across the domain including governance forums and leadership meetings.
  • Coordinate key domain initiatives across Product, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and cross-functional partners.
  • Support quarterly and annual planning, OKR tracking, and business reviews with actionable plans.
  • Govern and follow through on leadership decisions, action items, risks, and dependencies.
  • Provide visibility into domain priorities, milestones, and delivery progress with risk alerts.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead domain-wide programs, offsites, town halls, and communications as required.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Global Operations and other Platform teams for domain needs.
  • Assist resource and capacity planning, organizational planning, and domain-level operational requirements.
  • Help manage domain budget and spend with planning, governance and reporting.
  • Develop dashboards, trackers, and workflows to improve transparency and decision-making.
  • Explore automation, AI, and workflow optimization to reduce manual effort.

The Domain Operations Lead will play a critical role in enabling the Enterprise Marketplace domain to operate effectively, efficiently, and with strong execution discipline.

Partnering closely with the Enterprise Marketplace Domain Lead and the domain leadership team, this role will drive strategic and operational priorities, establish effective operating rhythms, improve cross-functional coordination, and ensure strong governance and follow-through across key initiatives.

This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, connecting the dots across multiple teams, and ensuring that strategic priorities translate into clear actions and outcomes.

What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On
  • Partner closely with theEnterprise Marketplace Domain Lead to drive the domain's strategic, operational, and execution priorities.
  • Establish and manage effectiveoperating rhythms across the domain, including leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, and other governance forums.
  • Drive coordination and execution of key domain initiatives, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Supportstrategic planning, quarterly and annual planning, OKR tracking, and business reviews, helping translate priorities into actionable plans.
  • Drive governance and follow-through on key leadership decisions, action items, dependencies, risks, and strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain visibility into key domain priorities, milestones, operational metrics, and delivery progress, highlighting risks and opportunities for leadership attention.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen execution across the Enterprise Marketplace domain.
  • Lead and coordinate domain-wide programs, leadership forums, offsites, town halls, and communication initiatives as required.
  • Partner with key functions includingHR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Global Operations, and other Platform teams to support the operational needs of the domain.
  • Support resource and capacity planning, organizational planning, and other domain-level operational requirements.
  • Help manage and track thedomain budget and operational spend, including planning, governance, reporting, and coordination with Finance and relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop scalable mechanisms, dashboards, trackers, and workflows that improve transparency, accountability, and decision-making.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to leverageautomation, AI, and workflow optimization to reduce manual effort and improve the way the domain operates.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for key cross-functional dependencies, helping unblock teams and ensuring timely escalation where required.
Have You Done This Kind of Stuff?
  • Proven experience inProgram Management, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Chief of Staff, Product Operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced and complex organization.
  • Strong experience working with senior leaders and the ability to translate strategic priorities into structured plans and execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and levels of seniority.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities.
  • Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to ambiguous environments.
  • Experience with business planning, operating rhythms, governance, OKRs, metrics, or business reviews.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear updates and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing sight of strategic objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, anticipate challenges, and drive initiatives from ideation through execution.

  • Experience working in aglobal technology, fintech, payments, marketplace, or SaaS organization.
  • Previous experience supporting aProduct and Engineering organization or a technology domain.
  • Experience working withEnterprise Marketplace, B2B platforms, payments, or financial technology products.
  • Exposure to organizational planning, resource management, or budget management.
  • Experience establishing operating cadences and governance mechanisms for large, geographically distributed teams.
  • Familiarity withAI, automation, workflow optimization, and productivity tools.
  • Experience working with teams distributed across multiple geographies and time zones.
