Job summary

ADCI - BLR - DTA in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Product Manager to drive Amazon Shipping ROW product strategy. You will build capabilities to improve shipper experience, delivery, and pickup performance while ensuring business sustainability.

You will work with multiple operations, platform technology, and local tech teams to deliver new products on time, and you will run working backwards reviews with senior leaders to align on visions and implement with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning technology products.

• Build product capabilities to make the Amazon Shipping business successful across improving shipper experience, delivery and pickup performance improvement, business sustainability.
• Work across multiple operations, platform technology, and local tech teams to deliver the new product/service in a timely fashion. Success in delivering this includes the ability to hold successful working backwards reviews with senior leaders to create and align on new product visions, implementing it by building new services and influencing technology and product leaders across the company.
• Responsible for solving challenging problems that do not have obvious solutions or precedence. The PM also needs to continuously iterate to improve already launched products/features
• Prioritize decisions and conduct tradeoffs for the portfolio of products, envision long term strategies and detail them in clear business requirement documents.
