Infotechtion product ARM helps global enterprises drive data security and compliance posture by providing a unified solution across multiple data storage platforms. Our product combines the latest AI developments, and Microsoft security platform to provide a robust product aimed to automated data focused risks.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the 20+ strong product team, and 20+ customers using our enterprise‑grade information governance and compliance products. This is a high‑impact role for a seasoned product leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑centric environment and can drive cross‑functional teams towards building best‑in‑class solutions on the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Azure, Network Files, Purview, SharePoint, etc.).

You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and consulting teams to shape product vision, define roadmaps, and deliver value to clients across highly regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, and legal. As part of this role, you will engage with senior customer and Infotechtion stakeholders, and your reporting line will be directly to the CTO of Infotechtion, based in the UK.

We are not looking for a Project Manager, a prior work experience with a product company is essential. Your application will be rejected if the experience does not demonstrate experience with a product company.

Key Responsibilities

Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Infotechtion’s mission and client needs.
Monitor industry trends in information governance, compliance, and Microsoft 365 to inform strategic decisions.
Work closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities for product expansion and innovation.

Product Development & Delivery

Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle: from ideation and requirements gathering through to launch and iteration.
Translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable user stories and functional specifications.
Prioritize features using a data‑driven approach that balances user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality product features.
Engage with clients, consultants, and internal SMEs to deeply understand pain points, workflows, and opportunities.
Define customer personas, journeys, and use cases specific to records management, compliance, and information lifecycle needs.
Collaborate with consulting and sales teams to gather feedback and shape go‑to‑market strategies.

Stakeholder & Cross‑functional Leadership

Lead cross‑functional teams with clear communication, transparency, and alignment.
Serve as the product evangelist both internally and externally — from technical demos to executive briefings.
Manage vendor relationships, where applicable, for integrations or co‑development initiatives.
Define KPIs to measure product success (e.g., adoption, engagement, client satisfaction, compliance impact).
Champion continuous product improvement through experimentation, analytics, and iterative feedback.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in enterprise SaaS or B2B environments.
Proven experience building and launching complex, scalable products in areas such as information governance, compliance, data management, or enterprise IT.
Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem: SharePoint, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 Compliance Center, Azure services.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills — able to tailor messaging for technical and executive audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with standards like ISO 15489 or frameworks like DoD 5015.2.
Background in consulting, particularly in regulated industries.
Certifications such as PMP, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or Microsoft certifications related to M365/Azure.
