We are hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing, enterprise-grade software organization building next-generation infrastructure for institutional applications is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead its tokenization and capital markets product capabilities. In this role, the selected candidate will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for high-growth enterprise features tailored directly to Tier-1 financial institutions, including global banks, asset managers, custodians, and payment networks. Serving as the core product owner for up-market capabilities, this role sits at the intersection of technical innovation and complex institutional requirements - translating deep financial market insights into scalable, production-ready enterprise software. This position is ideal for a hands-on, high-agency product manager with a substantive background in traditional finance, deep familiarity with market infrastructure, and a proven ability to lead technical discussions with CTOs, Heads of Operations, and enterprise engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for enterprise-focused capabilities, including privacy models, partner integrations, and flexible deployment models ranging from managed services to institution-operated environments.
- Institutional & Partner Collaboration: Drive cross-team alignment with strategic development partners and modular platform providers to integrate customer discovery learnings into a cohesive, institution-grade product suite.
- Enterprise Deal & Sales Support: Partner directly with go-to-market teams during high-value sales cycles with Tier-1 financial services institutions (FSIs), providing deep product expertise during technical evaluations, InfoSec reviews, RFPs, and pilot-to-production transitions.
- Customer Discovery & Rapid Prototyping: Conduct structured customer discovery with institutional stakeholders and utilize AI-assisted tools to build early-stage prototypes, specifications, and testable artifacts to accelerate feedback loops ahead of full engineering cycles.
- Competitive & Market Intelligence: Track and analyze developments across capital markets technology, enterprise tokenization, and private/public blockchain ecosystems to inform product positioning and long-term roadmap decisions.
- Repeatable Go-to-Market Assets: Codify successful deployment motions into repeatable product narratives, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept frameworks for priority financial services use cases.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Product Manager, backed by a strong technical foundation in software development, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise platforms.
- Traditional Finance (TradFi) Depth: Substantive expertise within traditional financial institutions (banks, asset managers, custodians, payment networks, or fund operators), including a thorough operational understanding of trade lifecycles, post-trade workflows, settlement processes, and fund administration.
- Enterprise Track Record: Proven history of owning and shipping complex software products for enterprise customers, with direct experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, InfoSec reviews, technical evaluations, and RFPs.
- Execution & Agency: Demonstrated ability to independently turn discovery into specifications, wireframes/prototypes, and shipped features without requiring step-by-step guidance.
- Prototyping & AI Literacy: Comfort using modern AI tools and prototyping frameworks to translate customer insights into testable assets rapidly.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ability to engage credibly and independently in high-level technical and operational discussions with CTOs, Heads of Operations, and enterprise architects.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Background or experience with enterprise tokenization platforms, digital assets, or private blockchain infrastructure.
- Familiarity with transaction privacy models, confidential computing, or selective disclosure mechanisms.
- Understanding of modular tokenization frameworks across issuance, lifecycle management, trading, and settlement layers.
- Experience with EVM-compatible networks or enterprise web3 platform services (e.g., token services, consensus services, smart contract frameworks, stablecoin/asset tokenization studios).
