Job summary

Sumedha Design Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a budding Product Manager in Hyderabad to translate customer needs into clear requirements and manage the product backlog.

You will conduct user research, perform market and competitive analysis, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to ship improvements and new features in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech or BBA/MBA with product analytics exposure.
• Certifications in Product Management, Agile, Scrum or Business Analysis are a plus.
• 0–2 years of experience in product management.
• Curiosity to understand users and solve real-world problems.
• Data-driven and customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to own work across multiple functions.

• Experience in Ed-tech platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality before releases.
• Analyze product workflows and identify usability improvements and issues.
• Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark features, pricing, and positioning.
• Research market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
• Identify market gaps and recommend product enhancements.
• Create and maintain product documentation including specs and release notes.
• Support requirement gathering and translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Assist in preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog documentation.
• Monitor user feedback and collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize improvements.
• Support product launch activities and post-release validation.
