Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and customer-centric Senior Product Manager to lead digital product initiatives across our smart workplace ecosystem. You will own the product lifecycle - from ideation and discovery to launch and optimization - building scalable tech solutions that enhance enterprise client experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and Leadership to deliver innovative, data-driven products.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to digitize and optimize workspace operations.
• Translate company strategy into actionable product initiatives.
• Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and ROI.
• Partner with Sales & Enterprise teams to understand client needs.
• Work with Operations to improve internal workflow systems.
• Coordinate with Marketing for product launches and GTM strategy.
• Conduct user research, client interviews, and feedback analysis.
• Define KPIs and success metrics.
• Use data analytics tools to drive product decisions and optimizations.

Innovation & Technology Enablement

• Drive adoption of smart workplace technologies (IoT, automation, enterprise dashboards).
• Improve tenant apps, booking systems, visitor management, billing systems, and analytics platforms.

Key Skills & Qualifications Required:

• 8-12 years of product management experience in SaaS / B2B tech / enterprise platforms.
